About Us

At the leading of the Lord, Matthew and Amber Allaria launched Northsmoke Church in January of 2020.

Amber’s father and mother, Ron and Debi Habermehl pastored Alpha & Omega Church for 38 years and sensed that season was to come to an end. They felt directed of The Lord to ask Matthew and Amber to pray about taking the church forward. After seeking The Lord, Matthew and Amber felt directed of The Lord to launch Northsmoke Church.

Matthew and Amber are passionate about training people up to a high place in the Word of God and seeing them experience God’s best in every area of their lives.

Matthew first heard the call of God on his life on November 7, 2003. In January 2005, Matthew founded Matthew Allaria Ministries and began hosting weekly services. On March 14, 2007, he went into full-time ministry. Matthew graduated from Jerry Savelle Ministries School Of Ministry in April 2007. Since then Matthew has done nearly 100 teaching series, wrote articles, compiled study notes and created faith declarations all in his desire to see believers develop spiritually and experience victory in their lives. Matthew also hosts The Faith For Life Broadcast on YouTube, Facebook and Roku every week Monday through Friday.

Amber worked in a doctor’s office for close to 20 years before joining Matthew in full-time ministry in January of 2020.

Matthew and Amber currently reside in Edwardsville, IL with their daughters Grace and Faith.
